Business Solutions Analyst - Job Description

WHO WE NEED:
We’re currently looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join our high-performing Operations Team team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

Experience as a Technical Support Specialist or equivalent
Resolved 3,000 support cases
Received 300 support case assists
Certified in Level 2 Product Knowledge
Certified as an External Publisher
Completion of a basic-level or higher SQL course

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Proactively assist all Analysts with complex live issues, provide timely resolution to formally escalated cases, and serve as the point of contact between Development, Support, and the customer.
Be a solid “translator” and communicator between Development and customers (external and internal.
Manage and execute increasingly complex projects from end to end to ensure success.
Consistently demonstrate the actions of a strong knowledge worker and strive to improve our knowledge system.
