WHO WE NEED:

We’re currently looking for a Senior QA Analyst with around 5 years of experience to join our high-performing Development team and provide our customers with quality service. If you're a fit, the following things should sound like you:

Significant experience as a QA Analyst (typically more than 5 years)
Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
Experience in creating and executing test plans and scripts for web applications
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
Demonstrated advocacy for the growth of quality standards in software development
Proven track record of identifying risks in software and defending user experience
Desire to promote the growth of QA skills across the department and specifically in junior QA employees

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for our applications
Oversee all software validation functions (testing, review, release) performed by the team
Ensure that all team input (models, requirements, designs) and output (features,
releases) work to meet and exceed customer and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with the development team to understand features and technical implementations
Grow the practice of high-quality behaviors in your team and other QA employees through teaching, coaching, improving efficiency, and promoting change
